We are planning a Memorial Day Service on May 23rd. We are having speaking parts and the JRMS     Chorus and Band. We are having a Talent Show and the Sign-Up sheet is on the sign up pillar in the cafe. The Auditions are in the first week of June. Last Student Council meeting we had a meeting with The Administrator for the Food Service. We are donating $200 dollars to Andy's Playhouse. We are also donating lights for the adult Prom for Band and Chorus.

Last Week for Pennies for Patients

It is tha last week of Pennies for Patients and we are counting the pennies. The entire Student Council is working on it. Don't forget about the pep rally tomorrow. 8th grade wears blue, 7th grade wears red, and 6th grade wears black. #EndLeukemia

Pennies For Patients

JRMS is giving all of the money to Pennies For Patients.We are having a three week competition with all of the grades. This is a grade competition. Student council is counting all of the money for each grade.   

Spelling and Pennies

The Spelling Bee contestants have been chosen. The Bee will take place Wednesday, January 29. We are also preparing for Pennies for Patients week. Pennies for patients is a fund raiser for leukemia and other blood cancers. We have great food every week from members. We thank you for that. Making Thank You Boxes

This week we will make Thank You Boxes during R.T.I. They tell good things about the person it is given to. The box is sent anonymously and will be distributed during lunch time. We will be putting them on the bulletin board. #BoxesForThanks. #Thankful

Planning

Next week gratitude boxes will be made by the students and be given out to the people they made it for. They have words on them that describes the person in a good way. We are planning a, stop, drop, and..., where we will do a school-wide activity every month. We are also planning a dance after the holiday vacation. Last week the school collected over 1000 canned goods.
